About Us

The Novato Downtown/Oldtown Business Association (NDOTBA) is a non-profit 501(C)6 organization formed in 1999. In 2002, the BID changed its name to a more user friendly name, Downtown Novato Business Association, (DNBA).

It is governed by a Board of Directors. DNBA membership consists of a healthy mixture of retail and service businesses and property owners. Upon completion of DNBA's original mission, which was the formation of the Novato Business Improvement District (BID), the group has since focused on the success of the City center (the Grant Ave. corridor) and organized and helped to implement the plans and goals of the BID.
