The Novato Downtown/Oldtown Business Association (NDOTBA) is a non-profit 501(C)6 organization formed in 1999. In 2002, the Business Improvement District (BID) changed its name to a more user friendly name called the Downtown Novato Business Association (DNBA).
The DNBA is governed by a Board of Directors. DNBA membership consists of a mixture of retail and service businesses and property owners. After forming the BID, the association has focused on the redevelopment of Grant Avenue and organized and helped to implement the other plans and goals of the BID.

Web Site Advertising Opportunities:
- 1) Logo Advertisement with a link to your Web site on the DowntownNovato.com Home Page. There are only three spaces left.
- A) $3,000.00 for One Year
- B) $2,000.00 for Six Months
- 2) Banner Advertisement with a link to your Web site at the top of your Business Listings page.
- A) $500 for One Year
- B) $300 for Six Months
- 3) Tile ad with a link to your Web site on the side or bottom of your Business Listings page.
- A) $250 for One Year
- B) $150 for Six Months
All payments are due in advance of your advertisement except the $3,000.00 payment. The $3,000.00 payment may be made in quarterly payments of $750.00 each. The first $750.00 payment is due in advance of your advertisement. The remaining $750.00 payments are due every three months thereafter.
The above advertising costs do not include the production cost of your advertisement. You can supply your finished artwork to the DNBA or the DNBA will recommend a vendor to produce your ad for you.
